What Happens When I Link To or From Another Site?
The Websites may contain links to other Websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of third parties and other Websites.
Certain products that EGM produces may include subscriptions or memberships that convey additional access or benefits for specific periods of time (“Subscription Accounts”). Payment for Subscription Accounts, if any, will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal at the current price listed within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. iOS Subscription Accounts may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off via Settings > Apple ID > Subscription > Manage Subscription. Android Subscriptions may be managed at Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Select Subscription > Cancel. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during any active subscription period. Please reference the subscription pages for Apple and for Android for more information on these services.
Changes to This Policy
As our Websites continue to develop, we may add new services and features to either. In the event that these additions affect our Privacy Policy, this document will be updated appropriately. We will post those changes prominently so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone. We provide California residents with the option to opt-out of sharing “personal information” as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law with third parties, for such third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. California residents may exercise that opt-out, and/or request information about EGM’s compliance with the Shine the Light law, by sending a letter to EGM at 6130 West Flamingo Road, Suite 918, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Requests must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that EGM is only required to respond to one request per customer each year.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of “Personal Information,” as well as rights to know/access, delete, and limit sharing of Personal Information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
